We had good sized and silent rooms with coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge. the staff was helpful and solved our problems immediately. - the location was prime and quiet for Los Angeles, near to easy to get to downtown as well as restaurants.

The hotel is well located in Koreatown near supermarkets and restaurants, as well as close to downtown LA. the staff is professional and very helpful, ensuring a clean environment. the rooms are modern and tidy, with spacious beds.

The rooms here are modern, quiet, and come with climate control, a safe, and a flat-screen TV; plus, the private bathrooms are spacious.

I enjoyed my stay at this clean and well-located hotel with polite staff and close proximity to bars, cafes, the Plaza, and shopping.

Convenient free parking right here. Great service overall. Most of the staff were friendly, but a couple were not so inviting. 😉

The hotel is a unique base located in a secure area close to a roast chicken restaurant, many attractions, and restaurants. the location is prime and quiet, near Wiltern Theatre. - the room is good-sized and silent, providing amenities like coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge.

The rooms are silent and include tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was spacious. It has particularly good and excellent location central to many things in the area and there's free parking.

First off, I have to mention the great value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the establishment. From the beautifully designed rooms with a fridge to the well-maintained cleanliness, this hotel truly impressed me. The huge bed in our room ensured a comfortable night's sleep, and the central location in Koreatown made it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. It's worth noting that breakfast was included in the price, which was a fantastic bonus.

The only downside was a minor issue with the elevator, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

All hotel staffs are kind and nice to us including front clerk, concierge, housekeeper and restaurant staffs. We would like to say "Thank you". Nothing much we expect from you at this moment. I hope you will be the same in the "On Season", too.

The shower worked very well, it was clean, and the room was fine. The hotel reservation desk workers were very helpful.

We were in Los Angeles for a 3 night stay to see a concert and a soccer game as part of a larger vacation. Oxford Palace was fine - everyone was friendly, valet parking for free, tons of stores, restaurants, etc in the immediate vicinity.

The location was prime and quiet for exploring this secure area. Close to restaurants, shopping, Purple Line subway, and 24/7 pharmacies like CVS and Denny's. - the hotel offered a Wheelchair Accessible room with a huge bed, which was great for my needs.

The room was spacious and the bed was huge, providing plenty of comfort during my stay. The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating, making the overall experience pleasant. Plus, the hotel's location was great - just a short walk away from the Wilshire theatre and Wilshire/Western Station, and conveniently close to a supermarket and various Korean food establishments.

While the hotel had its positives, there were a few downsides. The hotel itself felt a bit dated, with dim lighting that could have been brighter.
